Greetings in the wonderful loving name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ:

Hello, my name is Apostle James R. WinfreeSr., Houston, Texas born and raised. I am blessed and happily married to my loving wife Mrs. Betty R. Winfree for 30+ loving years and we are still going strong in our love for each other and our marriage. From this loving and holy union God has so very blessed us with four beautiful children. Our first-born is Tarsha, born in 1978 next our son James Dir, born in 1983, our next son Jeremiah J. born in 1985, and last but not least Benjamin, born in 1987 all of Houston, Texas.

I have a very diversified and deeply rooted background in the word of God and in my Lord and Savor Jesus Christ, Below is a brief account of my spiritual background in our Lord's Ministry.

The very first Church I joined was The First Missionary Baptist of Houston, Texas under the leadership of the deceased Pastor: Gene Moore. At the tender age of 12 years I was baptized and served as a member until I was 17. After being a member for many years under Pastor Moore I was compelled to join St. Joseph Gospel Temple, under the leadership of Apostle Joseph E. Stewart of Houston, Texas who is now with his Lord in heaven.

Later the Church name changed to Jesus Christ Holy Temple Under the leadership of Pastor Clement V. Dorsey who is still pasturing the Church today. Here I was taught the word of God and heard about the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, laugher in the Spirit and dancing all the elements of a Spirit filled Church. Here at Jesus Christ Holy Temple I was called to preach.

His hand was and still is inherent on my life.

I also received the Holy Spirit witnessed by my Church family, and Evangelist Mike Anderson and the beloved Mother and Missionary Florence Moss. I was called into our Lord's Ministry at a very early age unfortunately I was not really ready or interested in preaching or going higher in God. Instead I wanted to live my life my way loving sin more than loving God or ministry going back into my old ways, we call it looking back.

The Lord and the Church never gave up on me; prayer was made without ceasing on my behalf. But I kept telling God and the Church I was just to young to live a saved life, I was running from His call on my life. Later on, during my 10th grade year in high school, I finally accepted the call on my life to preach God's word still with old wordily friends I kept looking back hating to let go.

One Friday night with some old friends (leaving my sister home) I was on my way to a night club; drinking, and using drugs I got into a car race with some old friends going over the speed limit was in a tragic accident with no way out. When confronted by God about His calling on my life, I always responded by saying to the Church and God I am just too young to preach and live a Godly life. So while my car was up in the air and out of control, I heard the Lord's voice asked me Are you to young to die?...My response was obviously, No Lord!!!! No Lord!!!!

This conversation occurred during the whole time my car was continuously flipping through the air, because I tried to avoid a collision with another vehicle. That Friday night God gave me another chance to obey Him and to preach His word. The next Sunday morning at service I repented and finally accepted God's call on my life. I have evangelized in cities, jails, prisons, convalescent homes, street ministry, churches, radio and television. During my ministry I have performed marriages, funerals and licensed and ordained ministers.

The Holy Spirit must convict us of our own agendas and give each of us Your loving spirit of submission to You and to each other or we will never accomplish what is God's best for our lives and His Church. Our maturity can often be found and tested by our ability to live, walk in love and in the spirit of unity and equality in each other and in Christ. Oh Lord Jesus our loving Father let our hearts be broken like Yours for Your body the Church to become one and that there be no divisions among us.

What The Lord Jesus Wants From You This Christmas Is To Be One Loving Family In God!

And the angel said unto them, Fear not; for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:10-11)

Its Christmas Eve, and a good time to reflect on and appreciate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As Christians, were the offspring of the resurrection. That's why the life we have is brand new- the resurrection life: “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death; that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4).

But you know, the birth of Jesus Christ which is what is celebrated all over the world during this season is just as significant as His death, burial and resurrection. Thus, as you make preparations for a glorious celebration this Christmas, ask yourself this pertinent question: “What does the Lord want from me?” Does He want you to repay Him for the death of Jesus Christ? Certainly not! But most importantly, He wants you to recognize the death of Jesus and the purpose of that death, for He was born to die for the sins of the whole world! That was why He came; to save men from their sins.

God wants you to recognize this truth today. He wants this truth to influence your life in a way that'll inspire those around you unto righteousness. He wants your experience of Him to be evident; in other words, He wants you to influence your world for Jesus.
Remember, Jesus died, but He rose again from the dead and lives in you now! Therefore He wants the experience of your salvation to make a difference to the world.

You're His mouthpiece and His outstretched hands. He can only bless and transform lives today through you. Yield yourself to Him and let Him touch someone's life through you. That's what he wants from you this Christmas; to be His agent of salvation; His minister of reconciliation.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for the birth of Jesus Christ which is celebrated all over the world this period; I pray that the purpose of Christ's birth, death, burial and resurrection will be a vital experience not only in my life, but in the lives of my friends, family members, loved ones and all who at this time are celebrating the Yuletide, in Jesus’ Name. Subject: We need your help. And others in God's family need your support:

How are you? I pray that you are doing well in the Hands of The Father. I am writing to ask a favor, but it is not necessarily for me. It is for all those who need encouragement and hope right now.
I have been in prayer, as many of you I am sure are, in this season of uncertainty in the earth. Although, we understand that God knows all and He gives His children wisdom, comfort and understanding in the midst of it all.
The Lord has given me an assignment in the area of writing, as well as other areas of ministry. One of these writings has to do with you and all the others who will be reading the pages of encouragement within the family of God.

What I desire from you...

People everywhere are no doubt "feeling the pinch" in many ways and some are really going through it right now. Just the other day, I heard of a family who had lost their jobs overnight and are now facing the streets, due to not having any family help or assistance. They need encouragement. There are many who are really close to throwing in the towel and are so numb that they cannot even shed a tear. Some, unfortunately, already have thrown in the towel.

I need you. If you would be so gracious to write a short, one page letter, prayer or statement, to someone like this who needs some hope, it would be a huge blessing. I am collecting these one page letters to put on our website soon. My desire is to launch it in the first quarter of 2009 to make a statement to the new administration and to the world that their are Believers out here that can relate with pain, but also can point the way to victory in Christ. We are overcomes and the rest of the world needs to hear it and read it from people like you.

If you want to do this, it is very simple. I need a one page or less statement, prayer or proclamation, an added-small photo 100 x 100 (or close to it) if you want to include one. If not, then just send your letter. Also, if you want anyone to contact you for prayer or further encouragement, please include an email address (please no addresses or phone numbers, due to security reasons).
The letter can be to either to another Believer, a Leader or an unbeliever who needs Christ. It is something that The Father will give you in prayer to speak directly into someone else. When someone reads the words, they will know it is just for them.

Folks, this is about acting and showing forth the goodness of God in troubling times. It is about shining forth a bright light help people who Desiree to find their way out of darkness. This will be an encouragement for many. Part of the proceeds from our giving will go to ministries who are helping to meet the immediate needs of their communities in real and practical ways.

Are we reaping the fruit of our lips? The Holy Spirit really pressed upon me today to share this scripture with you.

James, Chapter 3

If we are applying what the word of God says to our lives, then we must be very mindful of our words. We will have what we say. If we allow our conversation to be careless, according to the scripture above, we will set on fire the course of nature.

Father,

Let our conversation be pleasing in your ears. Let the words of our mouths speak life and not death. Let our lips speak blessings not curses. Show us Father if we are weak in this area. Guard our hearts, our minds and our tongues.

Thank you Holy Spirit for bringing to our remembrance the things which we not ought not to say. Thank you for revealing to us our weakness and empowering us to overcome by the blood of the Lamb. If we are able to control my tongue then I will be able to control my whole body. I will walk in wisdom, redeeming the time, and our speech will always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that we may know how we ought to answer every man. When I began to intercede and pray, God by Christ Holy Spirit said to tell my people I, AM Not coming back to earth until My people are One in Christ Jesus, friends, or whomever is reading this God says I sent My Son Christ Jesus to Die and give His Life for sins and make My Jewish Believers and Christians One in My Son Jesus Christ, I understand that if satan is doing his very best to stop this, But he will Never win. So I am asking that you stand in agreement with Me and enter into Spiritual warfare for God's precious children. When I think about the mind control that satan has on My people. I see a master puppet, the master of the puppet makes the puppet do whatever he wants by just pulling a string. Satan has a grip on people's mind that is why it is so hard from them to let go of some things and surrender, because the enemy has them in bondage! and most of their leaders love My people this way so they can keep taking from them..But their days are coming to an end..Soon!!!

That is just an example of the strong hold that the enemy has on My people to keep then fighting and hating on each other, Will you please pray because there is nothing impossible with God. I encourage you to just look around and you will be about to see the spiritual chains of the enemy, but we stand in agreement that God will break every chain in Jesus name. He will bring soundness to people's minds, and they shall be about to think soberly. I pray that He removes the scales from people's eyes in order that they shall see clearly. Believers, Christians, Saints, Pray the Prayer that our Lord Prayed....Father in Heaven up above Make us those who really love you and trust you and Believe in you, Make us Lord One in Christ Jesus!!!

We Must cry Loud, and spare not, and show God's leaders and His people their transgressions. We can no longer, accept what the enemy is trying to do. We have to let Him know that we see it and IT WON "T. WORK in JESUS NAME.....

Begin to call out their names in prayer, call them out name by name, and through prayer pull them out of the gates of hell. The devil is a lie, and his plots, his schemes they shall not prosper....so I am praying that you will be stand with a vision who is helping to bring God's people together in Love, Unity and our God given Equality in Christ Jesus!!!

I want to talk about the relationship between the Church and Believing Jews; how it is that we got to a situation today where we are so separate one from another, and what we can do to heal and restore it. I'm going to talk about history from the Early Church, things that were happening, and mistakes that were made. I believe this will help put the events into context, give us understanding of why things are the way they are today, and what we can do to heal them.
I come as One who loves the Church which is all Believers in Jesus Christ. I hear too many people speak negatively about the Church God's people. There's a difference between being prophetic and confronting the Church, and its leaders and criticizing the God's people who follow them. The Church is the Bride of our Lord Jesus Christ and she has spots and wrinkles, but we should Never call The Church our own...The Church is Not Built or Ever can be Built with men hands. Jesus Christ said this to Apostle Peter upon this rock I will Build My Church not you Peter or any other person.
The Church was born in Jerusalem. That was the proper place for the Church to be born, because Jerusalem was the culmination, the epitome, the climax of the entire biblical revelation up until that point. Yeshua was crucified in Jerusalem, celebrated the Passover, and was risen in Jerusalem. The Holy Spirit was poured out in Jerusalem, and in Jerusalem we had what I call a kind of "mothering" church. In Jerusalem we had the Apostles. They were the Fathers of the Church God's people. The reason that they were the Fathers of the Church was because they had a heritage of 2,000 years of life with God. These men came out of a heritage of experiencing God's presence; having made great mistakes, also having great successes. Having seen Him in war and peace, they saw His glory and majesty. This apostolic church, this mother church in Jerusalem, had authority. The Apostles carried authority because of 2,000 years of heritage. That was the reason that the Lord chose to pour His Spirit on the men and women
in Jerusalem.
The Apostles had this heritage with Him, which gave them a context to put this glory into. It was not separate from everything that had gone before them, and that is a very important concept. Most Christians today think that the only thing that's going on is what's happening in their little area. We are part of something that has been going on for 4,000 years. It's very important to see ourselves in context, in a progressive, historical revelation of God's plan through the ages. You're not just some local believer. We are a link in a chain and if we are broken or fall, it's not just you or me that suffers, it's a whole heritage that suffers.
To give an example of this, in Acts 15 - you remember when all of these gentiles were coming to the Lord - the Holy Spirit was being poured out. They weren't sure exactly what to do with these gentiles. They were a bit wild really. The gentiles didn't have a context to put this power into, this presence into. They didn't have 2,000 years of discovering the character and the nature of God. I want to say this, too. Too many people think that the God of the Mosaic covenant was some God of anger and warfare. There's this tendency in New Testament Christianity to separate ourselves away from part of the revelation of the Mosaic covenant and the Abrahamic covenant, that God is a God of judgment and justice, and He can get angry. Even in the new covenant, God can get angry. It's part of who He is. But the greater revelation of the Mosaic covenant is the nature and the character of God. Its a revelation of our Father.
Yeshua came to bring us that character, that nature, and make it part of us. Was His Father this angry, cruel kind of person? No. The way I see it, these people for 2,000 years from Abraham and so on, were having a relationship. It was a rocky relationship sometimes. Sometimes God got angry with them. In fact, a lot of the history of Israel is a revelation of the character of God. What does the scripture say? His goodness and His kindness, as well as His severity. That's why I believe God chose Jerusalem and chose these men. He chose to pour the Holy Spirit on them because they had a heritage, so that when all these gentiles were also getting filled up, there was authority that could help them channel this thing.
That's what Paul did. Paul went back to the Apostles in Jerusalem and said, "Hey guys, what are we going to do, how are we going to handle all this?" And they didn't say, "Well, let them do whatever they want; they're having a good time." No, they said, "Well, they donut have to keep all the laws of Moses; they don't have to be circumcised." But they gave four different
