Eight Hours of Sleep Every night:

Take Care of Your Bones:
Taking care of your bones doesn’t mean you should take an appointment to your nearest orthopedic clinic just make sure that your calcium intake is enough and you have enough vitamin D in your body. Get yourself tested for vitamin D and calcium.
Especially women because once you reach your forties if you don’t have good bones, you can get Osteoporosis. Which is not a good thing at all.
See a Gynecologist/Urologist Every Year or Two:
Cervical cancer kills three hundred thousand women every year. It is the leading cause of medical-related death among women. Get a yearly pap smear to know your situation. You should start doing this in your twenties. This form of cancer is preventable, so why risk your health.
Men should see a urologist because kidney cancer is common among men, they often ignore signs of it. A yearly checkup can also save you from testicular cancer. Swelling near that region is not a good sign. It is best to prevent this before they accelerate.

You can go running in the morning, or cycling. You can go swimming or you can buy a treadmill and just run for half an hour in the comfort of your home.
Do whatever, that suits you and set up a routine where you can work out. Work out at least four days a week for 45 minutes each day. If you don’t work out at all start with 30 minutes each day.
