I have been saving up to take an online fitness course and just before we all went into lockdown I decided that now would be the perfect time to do it. After reading the Charles D’Angelo reviews I quickly decided that this would be the ideal plan for me, as there were many people who had taken the course who sounded as though they were in a similar position to me. I have really enjoyed this course over the last few months and I have no doubt that you will too if you are looking to get involved in a course like this.

One of the most alluring things about this package for me was that it was a full 360 degree care package which included meal plans and recipe ideas. I have to be honest I am not the most well informed when it comes to health plans and that is why I wanted to get someone else on the case to help me out and to ensure that I was eating well, and this package did exactly that.
I love how these packages are designed, in that they are great for all ages, all shapes and sizes and all abilities. There are various steps to the training plan and there are optional workouts if you are struggling, to help you build things your strength up so that you can reach those higher levels. I thought that the way in which it was designed was absolutely great and it made it very easy for me to follow along with.
I thought that the way in which they set up the support was great and there were people on hand to talk with and gain advice from, there is also an enormous FAQs section which covered any doubts or questions which you may have, and the forum too was a resource which I found super helpful. The forum in particular made me feel as though I wasn’t on my own and that there were people out there who were in the same boat as I was, which served to both keep me motivated and make me feel part of the community.
One of the biggest issues which I have always had is being driven and having the motivation to keep going and get off my backside in order to get the exercise in. Having the community with me and also knowing that I have paid for this course has meant that I have been constantly motivated and up for eating well and living well which has really helped me to reach the levels that I have been looking for, and helped me to reach my own fitness goals.
This is a great idea if you are looking to lose weight or get fit and something which I would definitely recommend.
